THE PROCESS
BRIEF
The initial consultation and Brief is an opportunity to meet each other and see the space. We listen to your requirements to build a picture of the project. Based on the discussion we then send a Design Fee Proposal outlining the process specifically tailored to your project.
CONCEPT
A Concept Design is presented based on the Brief. Depending on your project this can include suggested fabrics and finishes, proposed drawings and image boards to define the look and feel. We encourage the concept stage to be as collaborative as possible and welcome feedback.
DESIGN
Once the Concept Design is signed off we proceed with the Technical Design. At this stage we present the final Technical Drawing package including final finishes and a breakdown of costs.
BUILD & INSTALL
Construction starts on site. We attend regular site visits to ensure the project is being carried out to specification and on time. Behind the scenes procurement of all furniture will be taking place ready for the installation and long awaited big reveal.
